5 rounded delta cuts were placed to prevent the barrel from becoming too grippy. While the 3 delta cuts at the back are of the same height, each cut as it gets closer to the center has been raised slightly to assist in identifying the gripping position. This further assist in being able to easily push the dart toward the target.
By widening the indent between the cuts that has been raised, the fingers fit right in the indent. This allows for an efficient energy transfer on to the barrel when thrown. At the front of the barrel, spiral cuts were applied to enhance the design of the barrel.
It is definitely a barrel for those that want to improve the trajectory and how the dart flies.Â
